This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on cycoutdoor.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship mainly to customers in the continental United States.
Free shipping is available for most orders delivered within the continental United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
At this time, we may not be able to ship to:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
For orders outside the continental United States, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, shipping cost, and delivery time.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or for large, bulky, customized, or made-to-order products.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within the continental United States is usually 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on the product size, shipping destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Large or oversized products may require freight delivery and may take longer than standard parcel shipments.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the product, order size, and delivery address, we may ship by parcel carrier, LTL freight, or other suitable shipping services.
Some products may ship from a U.S. warehouse, while certain oversized, customized, or special-order products may ship directly from our manufacturing or fulfillment partners.
The shipping method will be selected based on the most suitable option for your order.
Freight and Oversized Deliveries
Some CYC Outdoor products are large or heavy and may be delivered by freight carrier.
For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.
Freight delivery usually includes delivery to the curbside or driveway area. It may not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or subject to additional fees.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cycoutdoor.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
For freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel shipments.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to ship orders on time, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at support@cycoutdoor.com, and we will help check the shipment status.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cycoutdoor.com with:

Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. This may be required for carrier claims.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier if possible.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@cycoutdoor.com with your order number, and we will assist you in checking the shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped within the continental United States, applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown at checkout where required.
For international or special shipments, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cycoutdoor.com.
We will try our best to help, but orders that have already been processed, customized, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.
