This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and damage claims are handled for orders placed on cycoutdoor.com.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at support@cycoutdoor.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Unassembled and uninstalled

  • Free from scratches, dents, stains, soil, water damage, or signs of outdoor use

  • Returned with all original parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, and packaging

  • Safely packed to prevent damage during return shipping

Because many of our products are large, heavy, or made of metal, proper packaging is important. If a returned item is damaged due to poor return packaging, we may deduct repair, replacement, or repackaging costs from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, planted in, or used outdoors

  • Products with soil, plants, water, fertilizer, chemicals, or other materials placed inside

  • Products damaged by improper assembly, installation, handling, storage, or use

  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Replacement parts or accessories sent as part of a warranty or damage claim

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by our error, or the item arrives damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For large or heavy products, return shipping may require parcel, LTL freight, or other freight services. Return shipping costs for oversized items can be high, so please review product dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Original shipping charges, freight charges, handling fees, and any special delivery service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cycoutdoor.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. This may be required for carrier claims.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, repair guidance, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Freight Delivery Damage

Some metal planters and oversized products may be delivered by freight carrier.

For freight deliveries, please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt whenever possible. If there is visible damage to the package, pallet, carton, or product, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.

If severe damage is visible, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@cycoutdoor.com.

Missing Parts

If your order is missing hardware, accessories, panels, liners, or other parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, when confirmed, send the missing parts or provide another suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cycoutdoor.com.

We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, shipped, customized, or handed over to a carrier.

Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds may be reduced if the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, not in its original packaging, or otherwise not returned in acceptable condition.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.

If you need a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@cycoutdoor.com. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Natural Weathering and Outdoor Use

Our metal outdoor products are designed for outdoor use, but normal weathering may occur over time.

Minor color variation, surface texture differences, fading, oxidation, patina development, or other changes caused by outdoor exposure, weather, soil, water, fertilizer, salt air, chemicals, or normal use are not considered defects unless specifically covered by a written product warranty.

This Refund Policy does not replace any separate written warranty that may apply to a specific product.
