Warranty

CYC Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This unified warranty is designed to simplify and standardize warranty coverage across all product brands, while ensuring that the protection provided remains competitive within industry standards.

Depending on the specific product, CYC Outdoor may offer a warranty period of one, two, three, or five years, covering defects such as peeling, flaking, or blistering of paint, coatings, or surface textures that occur under normal use conditions.

Color variations, UV-induced fading, chalking, oxidation, and other effects resulting from natural weathering are not covered by this surface finish warranty.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period commences on the date the invoice is issued.

Warranty Claim Notification

Upon discovering a product defect, the purchaser must notify CYC Outdoor in writing within 30 days of discovery, and prior to undertaking any repairs, alterations, or disassembly of the product. The notification must include:

A specific description of the defect
Clear photographs of the defective area
Proof of purchase (Invoice)

CYCoutdoor.com must be afforded a reasonable amount of time to inspect the product. If we determine that the claim falls within the scope of this warranty, CYC will, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions: repair the defective material, replace the defective material, or refund the original purchase price. Replacement products may exhibit slight variations in color or texture and are not guaranteed to match the original product exactly. Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period; the remainder of the original warranty period shall continue to apply.

The total liability of CYCoutdoor.com shall not exceed the original purchase price of the warranted product. Labor costs, removal costs, installation costs, equipment rental fees, or other related expenses are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty shall be deemed void under any of the following circumstances:

Improper installation, or failure to adhere to the installation guidelines provided by CYCoutdoor.com.
Displacement or failure of the supporting structure or foundation.
Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, misuse, negligence, or improper storage or handling.
Any modifications or repairs performed without authorization from CYCoutdoor.com.
The use of chemicals, paints, or surface treatments not approved by CYCoutdoor.com.
Harsh environmental conditions, air pollution, exposure to corrosive substances, or the use of improper cleaning agents.
Naturally occurring aging phenomena, including fading, chalking, patina formation, changes in surface texture, or expected material changes resulting from environmental exposure.
The use of aluminum products as water features, or subjecting them to excessive loads.
Damage caused by unsuitable soil types, inadequate drainage systems, or freeze-thaw cycles occurring in violation of usage guidelines.

Freight and Shipping

Damage occurring during freight transit is not covered by this warranty. For visible freight damage, documentation must be recorded at the time of receipt, while the product is still on the pallet. For concealed freight damage, a claim must be filed promptly within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

CYCoutdoor.com will assist with claim documentation to the best of its ability; however, the carrier remains the responsible party for any freight-related damage.

Regulatory Compliance

It is the purchaser's responsibility to consult with local authorities to verify regulations regarding load-bearing requirements, installation codes, or zoning restrictions. CYC assumes no liability for consequences arising from improper installation or applications that fail to comply with regulatory requirements.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This Limited Warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by CYCoutdoor.com and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CYCoutdoor.com shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, project delays, or property damage.

Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions. This warranty grants you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by region.
